Some hours need one chair.
Some need two.
Individual therapy for the things you carry alone. Group work for the things that only loosen around other people. Ms. Sharma keeps both rooms ready — and helps you choose without ceremony.
Solo work first — the door on the left says Alone.
The rooms
A practice built at
eye level.
Ms. Sharma's practice sits above the M-Block bustle in Greater Kailash 1 — close enough to be convenient, quiet enough to hear yourself. The work is clinical psychology with a young practice's plainness: no mystique, no jargon walls, no waiting-room theatre.
She works with young adults and adults across the ordinary-heavy things — academic pressure and its aftermath, first-job anxiety, relationship patterns that keep repeating, the low-grade persistent kind of unhappiness that never quite qualifies as a crisis and never quite lifts.
The shape of the work
- Individual therapy — weekly or fortnightly, open-ended or short
- Group therapy — small circles, thoughtfully matched confirm current groups
- Couples and family hours — when the second chair is the point

One chair
The room where it's
only your hour.
Individual therapy is one relationship with one job: your clarity. You bring the material; the hour holds it without flinching, advising, or escaping.
- The first hour. What brings you, what you've tried, what "better" would actually look like. No forms disguised as conversation.
- The pattern-finding weeks. Where it started, what sustains it, what your particular mind does under pressure.
- The working phase. Skills, experiments, and honest review — the hour starts working for the week between it.
- The ending. Planned, discussed, and counted among the successes.
Often in this room
- Anxiety — social, academic, generalised
- Low mood that isn't going anywhere on its own
- Relationship patterns on repeat
- Grief and adjustments — the moves, losses and endings of your twenties and thirties
Two chairs
The room where the
second chair works.
Some things only shift in company. Group therapy is the oldest evidence-backed answer to isolation wearing the costume of independence — a small, boundaried circle where patterns show up in real time and get met, not judged.
Groups · what to expect confirm current schedule
- Small circles — small enough that disappearing is impossible, safe enough that showing up is bearable
- Screened entry — a solo hour first, so the room you join fits you
- Confidentiality as constitution — what's said in the room stays in the room
Couples & family hours
For the arguments that run on rails, the silences that hardened, the parents and young adults who love each other and cannot hear each other. The second chair isn't a witness — it's part of the treatment.

Group or individual — do I have to choose forever?
No. Many people start alone and add group work when it fits; some do both at once. The first conversation is exactly where this gets decided.
Will I have to talk about everything?
You set the depth. A good therapist can work with what you're ready to bring — pace is part of the treatment, not an obstacle to it.
Confidentiality?
Standard clinical confidentiality, with the legal exceptions any clinician must have. Group members commit to the same — it's the room's constitution.
